Disability

The Anti-Discrimination Law of 10 May 2007 does not stipulate a definition for the term “disability”. The Centre provides a comprehensive specification of this term:

- Physical and sensory health problems;
- Chronic and degenerative diseases;
- Genetic diseases;
- Mental or intellectual limitations;
- Physical or mental restrictions as a result of a work accident, an occupational illness;
- Etc.
