Article 1. § 1.

The following persons have been appointed as members of the Board of Governors of
the Centre for Equal Opportunities and Opposition to Racism, hereinafter “The Centre”, for a period of six years :

On proposal of the Flemish Government:

On proposal of the Government of the French-speaking Community:

§ 2. The following persons have been appointed as deputies of the persons indicated
in § 1, in corresponding order and for a period of six years:

Art. 2.

Herve Hasquin is appointed for a period of six years as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Centre.
Ann Verreth appointed for a term of six years, as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors of the centre.


Art. 3.

This decision shall enter into force on the day on which it is published in the Belgian Official Journal. 


Art. 4.

The Prime Minister and the Minister for Equal Opportunities are, within their particular spheres, entrusted with the implementation of this decision.
