Personal information is collected at certain places on the website of the Centre for Equal Opportunities and Opposition to Racism. This is done via electronic forms which you need to fill in when you ask us a question or want to submit a report. In some cases, the personal information you provide via such forms is stored in a file of the Centre for Equal Opportunities and Opposition to Racism (Koningsstraat 138, 1000 Brussels). Collecting this information enables us to contact you in order to answer your question or remark or to handle your report.

Pursuant to the Law of 8 December 1992 for the protection of personal privacy with respect to the processing of personal information, you are entitled to access and amend your information. In order to exercise these rights, you must send a dated and signed request with a copy of your ID Card to the Privacy Department of the Centre for Equal Opportunities and Opposition to Racism at the earlier-mentioned address.

The information gathered is not shared with third parties. Neither is it used for advertisement purposes.
